Arrgghhhh

I am so hating life right now. I really have to figure out a way to go back to school so I can get a degree to be able to do something I love.

This crappy office job is KILLING me. I can't do anything to please my supervisor. She pulled me in for a meeting today and nitpicked everything I do (including, but not limited to one of the head guys having to make his own coffee one morning - OMG - the horror!) Give me an effing break...

The house is coming along, so at least that's good.

I have a feeling I'm going to wind up in a job I hate when I go back to work. I do not look forward to it at all.

I can't believe someone is complaining about having to make coffee! You drink it, you make it, asswipe. How difficult is that?

Can't wait to see the new house! Do you have progress pictures? :)

Well, I have before pictures.

I need to take a picture of the kitchen. At the moment it has no countertops or sink and has electrical outlets hanging out of the walls. And some stench coming from somewhere - not sure where though, perhaps half dry joint compound?

It's sad. The kitchen is supposed to be done by Sunday, but I just don't see it. They haven't even started sanding and painting the cabinets yet.

We did get a nice sink though. My mom wanted to buy us one when I told her the old one was way crappy. It's a pretty white cast iron Kohler one. It's heavy as hell, J had to have help getting it into the car.

I might take some photos tomorrow.

Yeah, he is an asswipe. One of those guys who complains about every little thing. I have a nickname I use for him at home. It rhymes, but I can't put the whole thing here in case someone is reading. R--- the Dick. Yep.

Hi Cynthia - Annie from Ravelry and Shabby Sheep sock club. Sorry about the asswipes at your job. Totally been there before. I just had to say that I'm back in school full time as of Fall 07. I never thought that I could afford it, but I just broke down and took out the stafford loans. ( I'll be 28 this year, btw, not young at all! ). If it's something you want to do, I totally recommend going for it. It may not guarantee you that awesome job when you graduate, but it'll get you closer. Good luck with whatever you decide! =D
