Truly Dreadful Customer Service
As the title to this post implies, I have run into a lot of this lately.
You would think retailers would not want to lose customers since the economy is so bad right now. This doesn't seem to be the case.
I am considering starting a new blog about super crappy customer service.
Anyone else had any bad service lately?

Do we REALLY need to explore the shortcomings of the Loan Chick? I would crash your blog if I tried to condense all the crap that incompetent idiot did to me! "Dreadful" customer service doesn't even begin to cover the topic!

Heh, yes, actually that is a really bad customer service story!
My sister had the worst home loan experience of all time! The woman was a complete incompetant nutjob!
