Been a long time...
I have been super busy, so I haven't made a post in a really long time. I have some cool projects going, so I will post more pictures soon.
This is the Apricot Cake with Raspberry Filling that I made for Easter. Cute, huh...

I love it. I see the green coconut turned out beautifully! :) Did you use jordan almonds for the eggs or robin eggs or jelly beans? I'm blind as a bat! ;)
They were little chocolate eggs with a candy coating - actually, they didn't taste that great, but they looked cute. :)
I sent J out for them since I forgot, and asked him to look for those cute fuzzy chicks, but he couldn't find any - next year there will definitely be fuzzy chicks!
Everything is better with Fuzzy Chicks! When am I going to get to this "Infamous" Cake?
I don't know if it's infamous... ;)
Next time I make one I'll call you!
